At 17, Lana brings a fresh eye to photography, marketing and creative direction for videos, content and image. She sees what each talent needs to stand out—and brings their individuality into focus.
Her instinct for what’s needed has led to behind-the-scenes work on Ski Mask the Slump God’s tour, media content for Big Folks, and work with BAGDˣʸᶻ clients in many creative capacities.

President
Led by Ms. Williams — with over ten years of experience — our consulting arm helps artists, creators and founders build the business behind the brand. From forming the entity to filing the taxes to collecting every royalty you're owed, we handle the back office so you can stay on stage.
Ms. Williams worked in the corporate world from banking to industrial always handling the finances in accounting for over 7 yrs. She worked for the non-profit agency “The Las Vegas Urban League” subsidiary of well known Urban League for over 8 yrs responsible for over 8 million in federal and state pass through grants.
A proven closer in the music business, Ms. Williams most recently secured a Gold RIAA plaque for "Lizzo" this past year — a milestone that speaks to the level of administration, royalty tracking and label relationships our clients get access to.
Her love to care for people was appreciated in the role which spilled over to her industry career. She may be the last of a dying breed that really is passionate about her clients and is very supportive in them being successful in anything they do.
